The Challenge:
Educate a broad audience of patients about Chickahominy Health District's expansive services using dynamic animated videos.
The information in these videos needed to reach both English and Spanish speakers sitting in office waiting rooms, and would also be leveraged on social platforms and email communications.

A segmented approach.
Chickahominy Health District (CHD) wanted to highlight seven services, so we strategized a segmented video that would simplify the district’s offering and provide paths to more information. This segmented approach would also allow the district to extract specific segments (services) for social posts and newsletters with ease.

The campaign performed 370% above bench marks, with Google performance max being the most efficient and driving the most volume.
